LOCAL RULES
1. GENERAL
The pond in front of the 13th tee is a water hazard.
2. OUT OF BOUNDS
a. Beyond any wall, hedge or fence that designates the boundary of the course.
b. The clubhouse and car parks defined by the white posts encircling the area.
c. The green keepers' sheds and compound defined by the white posts encircling the area.
d. 7th hole - beyond the white stakes or  the wall to the right of the 7th fairway.
e. 12th hole - beyond the white stakes to the left of the 12th fairway.
f. 15th hole - beyond the white stakes or  the wall to the left of the 15th fairway.
g. 18th hole - On or over the road alongside the 1st fairway and crossing the 1st and 2nd fairways.
Note - See 3(b) below when playing other holes that infringe internal Out of Bounds
3. IMMOVABLE OBSTRUCTIONS
In addition to those covered under the Rules of Golf the following are defined as  immovable obstructions from which relief may be obtained under Rule 24.2.
a. Any posts, stakes or walls etc that signify internal Out of Bounds for specific holes can be treated as Immovable obstructions when playing any other hole.
b. Trees marked with a tag or staked
4. HOLES MADE BY BURROWING ANIMALS.
Relief under Rule 25-1 is denied if interference through the green affects only the player's stance. Other reliefs remain as defined by Rule 25-1.
5. RELIEF WITHOUT PENALTY
a. A ball lying within one club length of a rocky outcrop in a closely mown area may be lifted and dropped within 1 club length no nearer the hole.
b. A shot must be retaken should a ball strike an overhead cable or its' supports.
c. Stones in bunkers are movable obstructions.(rule 24-1)
d Any open gravel drainage trenches through the green are deemed GUR.
e. Any drainage runs in closely mown areas are deemed GUR.
