The Course
The testing, undulating course, Par 67, measures 5594 yards from the white tees and has a Standard Scratch Rating of 67. The LGU length is 5109 yards with a Standard Scratch Rating of 70.
From the higher part of the course, some 850 feet above sea level, a colourful panorama opens out. To the North are
the Halkyn Plateau and Dee Estuary with Wirral and Merseyside beyond. Eastward the Cheshire Plain extends into the blue distance. The Clwydian Hills culminate in the familiar landmark of Moel Fammau.
